Prices cover labour and building materials (pipes, adhesive, waterproofing, plaster, silicone). Tiles, sanitaryware, taps and furniture are chosen by you and paid separately — we can order them for you.

How much does a bathroom renovation cost?
Most of our full bathroom renovations cost between £10,500 and £15,000, covering labour and building materials. Tiles, sanitaryware and furniture are chosen by you and priced separately. Ensuites start from £9,500 and cloakrooms from £6,500. The calculator gives you a range for your room in 2 minutes.
How long will it take?
A typical family bathroom takes between 2 and 3 weeks. You get the schedule before we start.
Can we stay at home during the work?
Yes. We tell you in advance which days water is off and keep the toilet usable as long as possible.
Who buys the tiles and sanitaryware?
You choose them, and we help with quantities and advice. We can also order them for you and coordinate delivery: they are invoiced separately and paid before we buy them.
